QUVENZHANE ATTENDS MOVIE PREMIERE
Rising star Quvenzhane Wallis,8, attended the Los Angeles Film Festival screening of her critically acclaimed film, “Beasts of the Southern Wild,” on 6/15 at Regal Cinemas in L.A. Quvenzhane smiled big for the cameras and stopped to pose with director/writer Benh Zeitlin.
Quvenzhane has been receiving rave reviews for her breakout role in the film since the premiere.
Quvenzhane plays a youngster named Hushpuppy in the film, on a mission to save her ailing father after horrific floods invade her South Louisiana homeland.
