The Scream Tour is back with Next Generation Part 2! Scream Tour 2012 features performances by Diggy, the OMG Girlz, Jawan Harris, and many more. The tour starts off with a bang in Richmond, Virginia on August 16th.
Last summer, the tour featured Diggy Simmons, Mindless Behavior, Jacob Latimore, The OMG Girlz and many others.

The OMG Girlz and Diggy hasnt grown beyond the Scream Tour, i.e the junior version of the chitlin circuit? They should be mainstage at the BET Awards by now.
