Actress Nia long and her adorable sons Kez, 7 months, and Massai Jr.,11, grace the cover the August issue of Essence magazine.
” I’m in my forties, post baby and I’m thinner than I’ve been in years. The last step will be letting my hair go natural. That’s when you’ll know I’m free…,” the mom of two tells Essence.
In the issue, the working mom also talks about life with her sons and boyfriend basketball player Ime Udoka, and reconnecting with her father.

Great looking family! I love my husband and we have been married for 12 years but I will say that marriage isn’t for everyone. Marriage is something you have to work on every day and you have to always take in consideration of the other persons feelings and wants. Bottom line you should do what’s best for you and if that’s being married…good and if it’s being single that’s good to. Being married doesn’t automatically make you a great parent or person it just gives you a legal partner to go through lifes ups and downs with!
