My prayers go to the family.No parent should go through a tragic event where you need to make a life/death decision concerning your child.God give Tameka and family the strength they’ll need to get them through this trial.
I hope he can wake up. This is horrible! Poor Tameka. I remember the post earlier this year of him graduating, and seeing that pic of Kile with Tameka. He’s a cute kid. I prayed for him. It’s sad, for a while you can be happy for someone then things can turn very tragic. Tameka probably can’t stop speaking to him, touching him and can’t sleep. It isn’t right. I prayed for him soon after I read this earlier. I cried. I feel so bad for Tameka! May her family keep faith!
My heart aches for Tameka! I couldn’t imagine being in her position. This puts things into perspective as far as what’s important in life. Maybe the foolishness with she and Usher will come to an end.

Thank you for that clarification..we didn’t know..O_o. Just because you are willing to give up so quickly, does not mean everyone else should, especially his parents. Prayers changes things & it may not in this case, but one should never give up immediately.

I am mad at the camera man and these grown women dancing around him with no clothes on…. these parents are making me mad… they will do anything to get their kids seen on camera even if its showing their kids to sexual ish before they suppose to be seeing… a six year old is not into that an adult put him in that situation…. an average six year old would shy away from that but he seems to comfortable…. shame on the parents not the kids

I am praying for kyle and the family if he recovers thats good but if he is with the Lord being an angel that is great also… Pray for the family…. I want kyle to recover, I really do! That is a young baby…. but as a parent shes (Tameka)is holding on which is her right… I would too…. Im just all over the place with my comment but I am praying for this family hopefully their will be a change soon…Im trying to see what I would do and I would leave my baby on life support for about a week to see if he progress….but its in Gods Hands it really is and he makes the decisions at the end… God probably already made a decision… we just dont wanna let go so I know its hard but we gotta let go and let God…. put your faith in him….Kyle, Angel whether youre still with us in mind or in spirit … only you know and God, We love you and we will be praying for you and family.

I read a story a while back, not the first of its kind, where a family was in this situation, the boy was declared brain dead but they kept him alive and now he’s fully recovered. Thanks you ^ for the explanation of a vegetative state vs. brain dead. Still, I hope the boy makes a complete recovery.

I was on Jada Pinket Smiths new website and read about a very sad story. This girl named Kim Deanne is trying to help free her friend Sara Kruzan who was a victim of human trafficking. I think the site is freesarakruzan.org. We have to do what we can to help this girl!

Why don’t they keep the boy on life support for a couple more weeks or a month? It’s only been two days and I had a friend who’s brother was declared brain dead but his mother kept him on life support for months and he woke up. It’s just too soon to say goodbye to a child, poor Tameka.
Maybe your friend’s brother was in a vegetative state (which some people think is brain dead, but it’s not)? But, people in a vegetative state can recover, even after years; it’s not the same as the loss of ALL brain activity, which IS irreversible. Either way, this is very sad. I can’t imagine how this could have happened. Was someone in a jet ski trying to jump OVER Kyle?

Sometimes when you pray, God says no. Kyle’s mother has a big decision to make, one no mother should have to make, take him off life support or organ donation.

Parents are “benevolent dictators” and by extension children their subjects
. A parents monitoring their minor children’s online activity is not an invasion of privacy. Everything I do on all of my internet accessible devices (mobile phone, computers, kindle, gameboy etc.) and including this conversation is monitored by my parents security company, the private conversation I have with my parents are not. Monitoring keeps me safe and assures that I do not unintentionally give someone clues to my real world identity. My parents love me, it is their duty to keep me safe…EVEN FROM MYSELF.
For those who say that it is an invasion of privacy…you can’t have it both ways. If a minor child does something that causes harm to another, the parents can be arrested (criminal) or if the parents are wealthy, sued (civil) because they are liable as the parents.

Just read that he’s brain dead…even though I’m a new mother this hurts to know this situation isn’t getting better..even though Tameka and Usher aren’t getting along right now, I’m glad he’s at the hospital with her…she need all the love and support there is right now.

Lord, please be with Kyle, Tameka, and the rest of the family. I don’t have any kids, but I don’t know what I would do if anything like that happened to my younger siblings and cousins. The Lord can pull him through, so I’ll choose to be optimistic and hopeful. This makes you want to hug your family tighter. You never know what can happen.

Just read that Kyle is brain dead smh.
Yeah he hasnt had any brain waves since yesterday. A friend of mine was a the hospital visiting them. She said It was truly terrible and he is a great kid . Very smart kid in school and a joy to be around. She didn’t quite know him as well as Usher’s boys. She has a child with Usher’s brother. But it doesn’t matter it’s all terrible. I feel horrible!

OMG! I have been praying for Kyle & the young girl he was with since I heard about this. She’s in critical condition with some brain damage & a broken arm but she’s responsive. Kyle, unfortunately still isn’t. This handsome young man is so intelligent, he just graduated this year. I keep praying he comes through this very soon.
I’m so proud of Usher for charting a jet for Tameka to get to Kyle when this happened.
