QUEEN LATIFAH IN THE PROCESS OF ADOPTING
Queen Latifah has revealed that she is in the process of adopting. The actress and rapper visited The View on Wednesday and told Barbara Walters that she is “kind of working on [adopting].”
She added of wanting to adopt, “I think I saw one of those specials … you know those movies of the week. And it was like… I just always wanted to bring a child home.”
While on the show, Latifah playfully made a plea with viewers and said, “If you got a kid that you don’t … just give me a year – let me set up camp and send me the kid. But no, no [I'm] totally [serious about adopting].”
Ms. Latifah recently told Wendy Williams that adopting a child was a possibility that she was leaving to fate. Her newest addition, son or daughter, will be Laifah’s first child.

Yes Ms. Sherley…three girls more than make up for it
. My logic for being TEAM GIRL was (this was after a conversation with my mum) that even after marriage most girls still find time for their bio families while boys end up the property of the new family 
I don’t know the level of independence your son might have in the future so I figured a sister,more so than a brother, would more make certain that your sons future needs were met.
At least with three girls you get to do mother/daughter stuff. Is their bio mum nice? I hope she is, you deserve nothing but the best!!
