NAHLA AND DAD PAINT THE TOWN GREEN
Model Gabriel Aubry was spotted picking up his daughter Nahla,4, from ballet class in Los Angeles earlier this week. The young tot, who had her face painted, looked adorable in a white tutu ballerina outfit as she and her dad enjoyed some quality time together.
Nahla’s mother, Halle Berry, was recently ordered to pay Gabriel over $200,000 annually in child support. TMZ reports, “Lawyers for Halle and Gabriel were in [court], and sources connected with Gabriel tell TMZ….the family law judge ordered Halle to pay Nahla’s daddy $20,000 a month”
The youngster is the former couple’s only child together.

Nahla looks so cute. IDK what’s going on with those two but I pray Nahla isn’t affected by it too much. She seems to love her daddy & her daddy love her. It’s quite obvious how much Halle loves her as well.
All I remember is that it started out as him taking her to court for joint custody and then all hell broke lose LOL. *kanye shrug*

I wonder on what grounds did the judge make this child support order… Does Nahla have some special staff that she “needs”, such as security, chef, nanny, etc… I don’t know. I just can’t imagine why a non-custodial parent deserves child support, especially such a large amount.
This is the first time i’ve ever found Gabe to be unattractive in a picture. But Nahla is all kinds of cute. Can’t wait to put my little girl in ballet classes.

As for Gabe and the child support thing, I’m not privy to the court proceedings so I can’t say for sure whether or not he deserves it because I don’t know why the judge has ordered that he receives it. It could be a perfectly valid reason. Judges (for the most part) don’t order things for the heck of it, especially in favor of the male.

I still think its crazy that Halle has to pay him child support, especially that much, when the kid lives w/ her & spends most of the time w/ her. Smh. She’s getting robbed. That money would only make sense if she was living in France, Gabe was living in LA & he needed the money to fly Nahla to & from, pay for the nanny, & get a safer house. But until that happens, or if that happens, Gabe doesn’t deserve any money from Halle especially that much

Also does anyone know the reason why she wants to move Nahla all the way to Paris? Is it truly because of the paparazzi? I’m pretty sure there is paparazzi in Europe too. Why does Halle act like she is Princess Diana or something ? She is not the first star to have their child followed by the paps. Sure it is annoying and frustrating, as it must be to all celebrity parents. But to move her kid that far away from her dad at a young age because of that? Please tell me that’s not the reason. Halle stop acting like you are Princess Diana! She can move somewhere where cameras aren’t around that is still in Cali. Heck she can hire 3-4 bodyguards but to move to Paris over it? Seems like of bizarre to me .
She needs to sit down & have a nice chat with Julia Roberts, Harrison Ford, Michelle Williams, Denzel Washington, Matt Damon, etc. These are all major & very consistent A-list stars who’ve managed to hide their children while still living in the United States. Sometimes while under extreme scrutiny or tragedy (ex. Michelle Williams after Heath Ledger’s death). And they’ve all got one thing in common: they moved their butts out of Hollywood/Malibu/Beverly Hills.
200,000 a year is better than 1,000,000 a year. Either way, I still don’t think Gabriel should be accepting that much in child support. That’s ALOT.
Aside from that, I can see that Nahla is a daddy’s girl. It’s good for her to have that quality time with her father. I hope Halle’s hope softens toward Nahla and Gabe’s relationship. Maybe the judge would be more lenient
Glad she’s spending time with her dad. I surely hope Halle doesn’t take that child away to France. It will definitely cut down on the quality time this Gabriel can spend with that little cutie. All I can say about the money Halle has to dish out, is that I’m glad the judge is being fair. I have said over and over that it is ridiculous how much money these rich men have to pay in child support so I guess its about time that the women feel the pain too. I’m not about to count other people’s money and say what they can afford but I will say its a shame they couldn’t work this out outside of the court system.
If she does take her to France, she better be paying daddy’s bills to fly out to his daughter. Why didn’t see use a donor if she was going to be pulling all these stunts? That’s what I wanna know. Why does she want Nala away from her daddy so much
I’m glad the judge ruled that, she needed a reality check. Honestly . And I don’t think it’s “wrong” for Him to get that money like people say! She claims his home isn’t as safe for the baby girl and this that. I’m sure it’s fine too *Rolls eyes* now she can pay for everything to make it safe. LOL. So I’m on daddy’s side , Halle seems wacko!
No, you seem wacko as Halle has been able to hold down a more than successful career and an inspiring life, meanwhile all you can do is comment on it.
Whoever you are please stop yourself. Plenty of people have their own successful and inspiring lives/careers, and they still make time to give an opinion about other people’s situations. That’s life, everyone does it, so no need to pretend otherwise.
Halle has alot of insecurities with men. I don’t like to judge her, considering the abuse she faced as a child. That has really carried over into her relationships. She is very protective and very distrustful.
Just because Halle and his ex-girlfriend said whatever doesn’t automatically make it true. Not to mention it was really suspicious that a girl who set on a tape of a guy who verbally abused him for years after they broke up and then oh so conviently reappeared when him and Halle were going to trial.
I obviously do and so does the judge seeing as he/she has never ruled that Gabriel is a danger to his daughter. The nanny said he pushed her or whatever, but there was no one else around to say different, so it was his word against her. Yes it’s common sense to be suspicious of girl who broke up with someone years ago yet kept a tape of them being verbally abusive to them. She could have done anything to tape. If she was so worried about his behavior then she should have reported him when they were dating. Waiting this long just makes her look sneaky. I don’t know if he’s a danger or not, nor am I qualified to make that call. But I do think that the evidence prevented so far doesn’t seem that strong.
