Cymphonique Miller is conquering the entertainment world, one arena at a time and all on her own merit. The daughter of rap royalty Master P and sister of rapper/actor Romeo, she is determined to make her own path. She currently stars in Nickelodeon’s hit show “How To Rock,” and has a starring role in an upcoming movie. The young starlet is also on tour this summer.

The busy young entertainer took time out to stop by the office of J-14 to talk about her book series, “How To Rock” and much more. Check out the interview highlights below:

On how she compares herself to ‘How to Rock’ character, Kacey:
I think we’re similar in the way that she’s constantly growing. We’re both in love with music, and no matter what stuff we get into, we’re always trying to make it right. She’s a part of me.

On how she feels her book series, ‘Fabulous Girls’, and her clothing like, Be Your Own You, empower girls:
I’m all about girl empowerment! I want to show girls that there’s all different kinds of beauty, and everyone is beautiful in their own way – you just gotta work with whatever you have. I say, “Invest in your mind, beauty fades over time.”

On her new movie:
I’m actually working on an action film for a teen franchise, and I get to kick-box in it! So this will be different than you’ve ever seen me. We’ll also be releasing more music. I love making new songs and writing new things!
