JAYLA CALHOUN IS A RISING STAR
Rising star Jayla Calhoun is quickly making a name for herself in Hollywood. The young actress is currently starring in Bounce TV’s first-ever original series, “Family Time.”
Jayla plays Ebony Stallworthy in the situation comedy. Her parents (played by Omar Gooding and Angell Conwell) win big by hitting the lottery and decide to live out the American dream by going from working class to middle class.
Before landing the “Family Time” role, the North Carolina native appeared in an episode of TV One’s “Love That Girl!” and 2 independent films. She has also been in a TNT promotional ad, several print campaigns and a new Wendy’s commercial.
When Jayla isn’t hard at work with school and work, she enjoys cooking, horseback riding, dancing and reading.
