BOW WOW ACCUSED OF BEING A DEADBEAT DAD
Shad Moss, a.k.a. Bow Wow, has been accused of being a deadbeat father by the sister of his child’s mother. Najah Chavis, big sister to Joie Chavis, recently took to Twitter to slam the rapper for only seeing his daughter three times since she was born. Shai Moss is now 15 months old.

Najah writes, “Wonder what people would think if they knew the truth about how Bow Wow is really a deadbeat…I can count on two hands how many times [he] has seen Shai and she is about to be a year and a half #DAMNSHAME. Don’t give a damn about my niece! Ain’t never bought a diaper, wipe, or formula! Every time I see Shai smile, laugh, play, and cry, I think about how people like Bow Wow and [his mother] don’t deserve to even be kin to her. What kind of grandmother can say they’ve only seen their ONLY grand child ONLY three times. You’d have to have a heart of coal to not want to be a part of Shai’s life!….Posting pictures of Shai that [Joie Chavis] sends you so you can act like you were with your daughter is lame STOP IT![sic]*”
Shai Moss is Bow Wow and Joie’s only child together.

Oh wow BOO YOU CAN HAVE SEVERAL SEATS! I don’t know Bow Wow’s situation with his daughter or the mother of his child and her family, all I know is that she shouldn’t be doing this. Like what is this solving? Are you angry because Bow didn’t impregnate you? I’m just all confused, yes Bow did openly admit that he kept his daughter on low key because of various of reasons, but I haven’t heard that he’s a “dead beat” until now. This is the problem with our generation and the internet it’s a open conversation for drama-heads, cheaters etc to go online and blast people and too say untrue things. smh I just hope they resolve whatever in the hell is going!
(sigh) Just because a man post a # of pics with their daughter or son doesnt mean that person is a good dad. A picture can tell a lie. Men lie in general, they have their public face (which is what the whole world sees when it comes to Bow Wow) and they have their private face (what they do behind closed doors, their true colors and real personality) none of us have see Bow Wows private life, we dont know how he acts when the camera is off of him, only people who are close to him know and see the REAL him. I dated a guy who had me believe that he was the best father in the world, as the realtionship went on I found out he barely saw his child, made up excuses whenever it was time to pick up his child, barely bought a diaper. His baby mama left a message saying how sad it was that he neglected his child for no reason, how the child didnt deserve that treatment. I believe this story because ive witness it happen. Men are good at putting on a public act.

When I first heard she was pregnant by Bow Wow, I thought something wasn’t right. It seemed like she was trying to prove something because he was dating Angela Simmons at the time. Why would you(Joie) get pregnant by a man you just fool around with? It takes two to tango, but as a female you have to make better choices so you aren’t stuck bearing all the responsibility. I don’t know what to make of this one.
So is she saying that her sister is not receiving child support? because i dont believe that at all. and if she’s so happen is not she’s a fool. and do they even live in the same state because sometimes living in different states, its gonna be hard for him to go see her everyday and if he’s on tour it’s gonna be even harder.
I believe this is true because most times when we see a pic of Bow Wow’s baby she is by herself or with her mom.You rarely see pictures of Bow Wow out with the baby.Bow was also not there at the baby’s birth to sign the certificate.He said he wasn’t going to be a deadbeat dad like his dad,but its hard to tel now.Women will take care of their kids no matter how much they dislike the father,but men always connect the baby to the mother.They think it is ok to leave the baby,just because they’re not with the mom anymore.I hope this woman gets millions in child support,if he really is a deadbeat like they said he is.
The mother didn’t put his name down on the birth certificate. I believe there was questions about the paternity, reason why he didn’t see the baby right away.
& just b/c someone isn’t a photo’op parent, doesn’t mean he’s not in his child’s life. Bow has posted videos & pics of him & his daughter together on twitter & instagram, they just don’t always make this site.

I’ve seen pictures of him with her. I can’t say whether she’s truthful or not but I think it’s ridiculous she posted this to twitter. I don’t think it’s necessary to advertise problems like this to the whole world. Doesn’t make her look any better.
Also, I don’t know how close Joie lives to her own mom but maybe she doesn’t live too close. How does Joie feel about this?

Well if the mother of his child brings drama like her sister, maybe they are the reason he stays away. It is really too bad.

I believe what she is saying, but the internet is not for your personal business, or anyone elses for that matter. People need to learn how to handle home at home and stop bringing their life story to the internet. I wouldn’t dare share with complete strangers my personal business, unless im being beat or raped or something terrible like that. And thats not even her place. The mother is not complaining, stay in your lane and stop trying to seek your 15 minutes. Grow up!

IDK if Bow Wow is a dead beat dad or not. My definition of a dead beat father is probably different from everyone else’s. But umm..what did Joi expect having a child with a celebrity? He’s not a man who has a 9-5 job, he has to travel & tour all over the world. If she wanted a man who was going to do every weekend visitations, she should have picked a normal guy. However, if Bow Wow isn’t seeing his daughter but a handful of times a year, he needs to step it up. As for the grandmother, sad as it is, she has no obligation to see the child as often as Najah would want her too. IDK but it sounds to me like the life they thought they would have had isn’t coming to be..IMO.

Maybe I’m making this up, but I thought BCK recently posted pictures of Bow Wow and Joie together at the baby’s birthday party? If so, none of the deadbeat dads I know throw bday parties for their kids and they definitely don’t show up and take pictures for it… Not saying that one occasion proves he’s a good dad, but I think it speaks to character.

Agree! As a fellow auntie, she needs to shut it! This is between the mother & father. Bow post pics of him & his daughter together often. Lately he hasn’t, but he’s also been doing little shows in different cities which would explain why he hasn’t seen the baby in awhile. He has to support his child some way. What’s the mother’s occupation?
Then she says “your daughter has a cold…” Like he’s a horrible father b/c he’s not w/ his daughter that has a cold. Babies get colds all the time. They are around other germy little kids. She’ll be ok. Then she threw Bow’s mom in there too smh

Wow all I can say is if the mother of the baby is not twitterin’ about him seeing his baby is it your place to do so…..hmmmm i dont know maybe she (the mother) has complained in some form or fashion.
