VIDEO: JADEN SMITH’S “PUMPED UP KICKS (LIKE ME)”
Jaden Smith, 14, certainly isn’t riding the coattails of mega star parents Will and Jada Smith. The young actor turned rapper’s remix “Pumped Up Kicks (Like Me)” samples the Foster the People’s “Pumped Up Kicks,” but his lyrics and personal touches make it unquestionably “Jaden.”
In the black and white video, Jaden shows off some of his amateur skate moves and sits back and watches some of the pros (Theotis Beasley, Dakota Roche Alex Miller, and Chris Cole) trick out LA’s Skatelab Park.

How many black girls into skating? And what else is a 14 yr old supposed to rap about? Is he supposed to rap about rap struggles? People would call him fake. He would be criticized for anything he rapped about

I don’t typically care about those thins, but I must agree.
I listened to like a min of this and well music is not for everyone, and hey, maybe he will grow to make this an actual talent. or it could be one of the many things he has the opportunity to try out to see if its his thing. so good for you for trying.
He is really starting to look more and more like his father the older he gets.
