THE PEETE FAMILY BOND BY THE BEACH
Holly Robinson-Peete and husband Rodney Peete enjoyed a beach day with the kids this past weekend.
The Peetes recently hosted the 14th annual ‘Design Care’ charity event aimed to raise funds for the HollyRod Foundation. Since 1997, Holly and her husband have helped individuals living with disabilities overcome obstacles. From Parkinson’s Disease to Autism, The Peetes have worked tirelessly to provide emotional and financial support to families who need it most.
This year’s ‘Design Care’ benefit received sponsorship from Target, American Airlines, Out Back Steakhouse, and various other corporations. The event was filled with fashion, philanthropy, and tons of music. Holly and Rodney Peete are parents to daughter Ryan Elizabeth and son Rodney Jr. (twins born in 1997), son Robinson (born in 2002); and son Roman (born in 2005).

I absolutely LOVE this family, they’re what you would call a “real” black power couple! I know that they have their share of ups & downs just like every couple in the world, but whenever you see them out & about you would think that their relationship is perfect. I wish that we could have more positive, loving, BLACK families like this one portrayed in the media, but too bad they are few & far in between. This is a beautiful family & I wish them many, many more years of happiness together
