MICHELLE OBAMA GIVES DNC SPEECH AS FAMILY WATCHES FROM HOME
President Barack Obama and daughters Sasha and Malia watch as First Lady Michelle Obama gives her speech at the Democratic National Convention. Sasha points and laughs as Barack sits with a look of pride on his face. The threesome watched all the action from the Treaty Room of the White House on Tuesday, September 4, 2012.
Michelle talked about a lot of things, but mainly focused on student loans and opportunities for youth. Mrs. Obama said that she and her husband are working hard to give their daughters and other youth a promising future. “At the end of the day, my most important title is still mom-in-chief. My daughters are still at the heart of my heart and the center of my world,” said Michelle.
The First Lady went on to say, “Today, I have none of those worries from four years ago, no. Not about whether Barack and I were doing what was best for our girls. Because today, I know from experience that if I truly want to leave a better world for my daughters, and for all of our sons and daughters, if we want to give all of our children a foundation for their dreams, and opportunities worthy of their promise, if we want to give them a sense of that limitless possibility, their belief that here in America, there is always something better out there if you are willing to work for it, then we must work like never before, and we must once again come together, and stand together for the man we can trust to keep moving this great country forward.”

Sasha’s hair is LAYED!!! And I love her big studs, she’s such a mini Michelle.
I love how reserved and poised Malia is but I also love how spunky and smiley Sasha is. They are very much ying-yang!
Both of the girls have that adolescent look. Not little girls anymore.
&&& Each girl has their own gorgeous look – Sasha will have to be hidden from suitors soon too!
After FLOTUS did the dang thing last night, I had to propose a campaign slogan be developed based on her speech:
OBAMA 2012 – It’s not political, it’s PERSONAL!
Where is the like button?
I can’t believe Malia is a high-school freshman! Where does time go??
The girls are getting so big. They look like sweet young ladies now.
The girls are getting big. Michelle’s speech was great. I loved it so much. She is my role model!!
So proud of our F.L.O.T.U.S, She did an awesome job last night!!
President Obama is looking good in that picture. I know he’s more than twice my age lol…I’ll leave it there.
This is truly the best First family in the White House. They are so open, so loving, and set such a good example. I hate the way people criticize the Prez, it makes me disgusted. You don’t have to agree with everything, but stop telling lies! (sorry..ranting)
Agree! Agree! Agree! I love my 1st family & the picture above is heart melting. Mrs. Obama’s speech left me feeling like I love them a little bit more. Can’t wait to have them for another 4yrs.
