UPCOMING: AMIRACLE FOLLOWS IN HIS DAD’S FOOTSTEPS
Amir a.k.a AMIRacle, son of famed rapper DJ Jazzy Jeff, is following in his dad’s musical footsteps to become the next big star.
The 12-year-old artist, Amir Mitchell-Townes, may be new to the game of rapping, but he is establishing quite the following as he gains momentum, having received over a thousand YouTube hits within hours of the video debut of his song, “Think Back.”
AMIRacle has an old-school spirit and an old-school vibe to his rap, which is evident in his song, “Think Back.” When asked about the old school feeling in his song, AMIRacle said, “I wanted to show the world that homage had to be paid.”
In the song, AMIRacle talks about some of hip-hop’s greatest artists such as Lauryn Hill, A Tribe Called Quest. Jay- Z, Nas, and none other than DJ Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince.

i love this song …..i love it soo much!! this kid didn’t cuss NOT even once and he still spitted the truth on the mic. awesome….he’s the future of music. i think if he don’t make it far …music MIGHT be doomed.
I just met Hank Shocklee of Public Enemy and was able to tell him face-to-face about how his music changed my life. I know where I would’ve have been and I’m glad I had theme music to re-direct myself at an early age.
