USHER BUYS SONS $12,000 PUPPY IN THE NAME OF CHARITY
Who would spend $12,000 on a dog? Usher would. The singer and songwriter recently purchased a Goldendoodle puppy at a charity auction sponsored by Justin Bieber and his endorsed foundation that helps build schools in impoverished neighborhoods. Usher was in a bidding war with Jessica Szohr for the pup, but beat out the ‘Gossip Girl’ actress by $1,000.
Mr. Raymond has great plans for the Goldendoodle telling Twitter fans, “Poppy Raymond is what I’m think of namin’ her . . . however there are two gregarious 3- and 4-year-olds that will have the last say — and the responsibility that comes with her.” Usher V,4, and Naviyd,3, will be glad to have the newest family member on board.

Only time I would think its ok to get a dog for $12,000…Sure these guys will love her
If I had the money to spare for charity, I would spend it whether I got puppy or not. The puppy is just a bonus and a great way to teach the kids about giving and loving at the same time.

The puppy is cute! If i had the money i would purchase the dog for $12,000. It was for charity. I would give it to my nephew tho lol…This dog will teach the boys about responsibility.

Poppy is a beautiful flower (I can’t believe he got a Poppy filled rug for the dog, so cute) and a beautiful name for a dog. I don’t understand how people name their children Poppy, but that’s another story.
They will definitely love her but take care of her, I don’t think so! Dogs are a lot of work. And when you travel a lot it makes it harder. He is in the road and they are between 2 homes. But she is adorable!
