Diamond White is showing the music industry that she is a force to be reckoned with, despite her young age. The 13-year old songstress has been flexing her vocal chomps since the precious age of 9-months. In an interview with thexfactorusa.com, Diamond noted, “I don’t have any memory of it because I was so little, but my mom does. My brother and her were in the kitchen and when they heard me singing my mom was like, ‘Oh my gosh! Is that that baby singing?”
Having been born and raised in the “Motown Capital” Detroit, Diamond was able to let her talent sparkle. When she was 8, she was in a production of “The Color Purple” that went on a national tour. From there, she has done a voice-over for a part for the Disney cartoon “Phineas and Ferb”, played Young Nala in The Lion King, Francine Greene in “Transformers: Rescue Bots”, and much more, including being a top contestant and finalist on The X Factor.
