MERCY AND DAVID ARE POOL PALS
Singer Madonna and kids David Ritchie and Mercy James enjoy a day at the pool with their nanny in Miami, Florida. David and Mercy enjoy lots of splashes before returning to their hotel room in Magic City.
Madonna recently brought her older son Rocco,12, on the Ellen DeGeneres show to support breast cancer awareness. Rocco went to the wet seat to be dunked by mom after telling Ellen that Madonna is “very strict but in a good way.” Although Madonna couldn’t quite hit the target to wet her son, Ellen was sure to dunk the tween with one ball pitch.
David has served as DJ for his mom on several occasions. Madonna has four children in all.

She looks like Snoop’s daughter very pretty and I love her hair!
I’m sure the media does not capture 100% of all of the moments of celeb mothers and children. I think that it’s great that Madonna is paying attention to her daughter’s hair needs. Everyone is crucifying Angelina about Zahara’s hair (and rightly so I think) and now that Madonna has her daughter’s hair done – the new argument is that it’s too tight and she’s damaging her hair. I would like to think that the person that braided Mercy’s hair has some knowledge of black hair and how to take care of it – I’m guessing that from the pattern alone – maybe they can do something about the edges but her hair is a step up from how I last saw Zahara’s. Either way, them babies living large with their mommas, unkempt/ too tight hair and all ! I’m betting the both of them will be just fine.

I doubt if Madonna has ever touched that girls hair.As a matter of fact I haven’t seen a pic of this child with her mother in years.With those tight braids she will balding in ten years around edges.
Doubtful. I’ve worn flat twists and cornrows for at least a decade.

Oh wow I almost thought that this was a throw back picture of Snoop’s daughter (choc) instead of Madonna’s daughter.
Every time I see Mercy I sing, “Whoa. Oh Mercy, Mercy me.. Oh, things ain’t what they used to be no, no. Where did all the blue skies go? Poison as the wind blows, from the north, east, south and sea.”
