X-Factor alumni Rachel Crow made an appearance on the annual TV special “A Home For the Holidays” on December 19th. The Columbia Records artist told her story of being adopted when she was just a baby after being moved around from three different foster homes. She then sang her song “What a Song Can Do.” During the interview, Rachel said:

“I am here today because of these two special people. I feel privileged to call them my parents and they’ve provided me with love and support and made me realize that all of my dreams could come true,” she said during the show. “Nothing I have done would be possible without them.”

Rachel’s story truly is inspirational and heartwarming!
