QUVENZHANE TALKS OSCAR FASHION WITH ANDRE LEON TALLEY
Quvenzhane Wallis may be an award winning actress, but she is still a fashion-conscious little lady. She is starting to get into the Oscar dress frenzy. She recently had a chat with world renowned fashion guru and former editor-at-large for Vogue magazine, André Leon Talley about her dress options for the big event.
Nine-year-old “Nazie” (as she’s called) knows that she won’t be walking the red carpet in a full length gown like many of her adult counterparts. ”I might step on it and trip on it and I don’t want to humiliate myself,” she said about a floor length gown. She revealed to the fashion expert that her favorite color is pink and also sang “Fashion is my Kryptonite” by Shake It Up” stars Zendaya Coleman and Bella Thorne.
After hearing about their new little fan, Zendaya and Bella showed Quvenzhane some love back, including a tweet from Zendaya. Zendaya said, “ok I am officially in love with this little sweetie!!! soooo cute!!”
