Phaedra Parks and husband Apollo are hoping for a baby girl this time around, and have developed a workout regimen to ensure that the little one is healthy. In one of her more recent talks with OK! magazine, Phaedra said that Apollo has gotten her involved in various water activities and yoga workouts. “During this pregnancy, like my last pregnancy, I have a great husband who has a wonderful workout regimen for me. I’m doing a lot of water aerobics this time. I’m doing water Zumba, as well as just pregnancy water aerobics, and yoga,” explained the reality television star.
Phaedra is expected to gain about 15 pounds this pregnancy, which is within target range of weight gain for pregnant women. This will be her and Apollo’s second child together. Check out what else the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star had to say!
