QUVENZHANE HANGS OUT AT THE WHITE HOUSE
Quvenzhane Wallis rubbed elbows with First Lady Michelle Obama in the White House’s State Dining Room today, February 13th. The young actress attended an interactive student workshop in honor of Black History Month.
The 80 Washington, D.C. and New Orleans students were able to hear the mini starlet speak about her film “Beasts of the Southern Wild.” The workshop also looked at the inspirational viewpoint of the film and take aways for each students’ own life.
In other Quvenzhane Wallis new, the rising star also attended a screening of the “Beasts” film at Landmark E Street Cinema in Washington, DC on February 10th.
The always adorable little actress was spotted at the event signing autographs and taking pictures. She also had one of her usual favorite furry signature accessory in tow, a puppy purse.
