Mindless Behavior has been busy at work with the release of their new song, “Keep Her On the Low” and the upcoming release of their sophomore album “All Around the World.” The fellas recently took time out of their extremely busy schedules and sat down with Teen Vogue to chat about what they’ve been up to, performing at the Inaugural Ball and more. Check out the highlights below:

ON THIS PAST YEAR:

Princeton: “Crazy. Last summer, we were on our “#1 Girl Tour” and we did that for two and a half months. After that, we had two months off to catch up on school. Then we toured and recorded and got behind, so we took two more months off. Then we started working again, and just performed at the Inauguration.”

ON THEIR INSPIRATION:

Princeton: “Individually, I listen to a lot of rock bands. I love Kurt Cobain. I love John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix, anything punk related.”
Ray Ray: “I like Kanye West because he’s extremely creative in his music and the way he dresses. Travis McCoy, as well. I’m also a huge fan of 30 Seconds to Mars. I think the lead singer’s super fly.”
Princeton: “Guys, speaking of Travis McCoy, have you heard of Gym Class Heroes? You know the“Cupid’s Chokehold” video? I’m the little cupid that was dancing. That was me!”
Prodigy: “I like Chris Brown’s music. I also like Wiz Khalifa, Drake, Michael Jackson, and Tyrese.”
Roc Royal: “I like a lot of R&B and pop. I like Kanye West and Drake. Chris Brown is cool, and Kendrick Lamar, too.”

ON WHAT’S NEXT:

Ray Ray: “The album, the movie, the tour. We’re shooting another movie with Mike Epps. This is scripted though. It’s called Bad Behavior. It’s like Bad News Bears meets Like Mike.”
Princeton: “Acting is actually pretty easy. I grew up acting in commercials so when they say improv… It’s easy.”

  1. Prodigy is my favourite!

I like this band for young teens. I hear them often as my little sister, Sabrina, is 14 and in love with Princeton.
