JILLIAN MICHAELS AND LUKENSIA HIT THE RED CARPET FOR ‘ODYSSEO’
Jillian Michaels and Lukensia were all about the style as they hit the red carpet for Cavalia’s ‘Odysseo’ on February 27, 2013. The two rocked in the fashion department as Michaels sported a burgundy leather jacket and Lukensia wore a jean coat with yellow pants to the Burbank, California event. The preschooler was the adorable one who played with mom and smiled gently for the cameras.
Although she’s still very much a fitness guru, Jillian admits that having two kids around the house sometimes keeps her from getting in extended workouts. As a remedy, the television personality adjusts her diet and invests more time in sleep to stay healthy. “I’ve learned if I don’t get that time to work out, it becomes a matter of eating as cleanly as I can and getting sleep,” says Michaels. “It’s a struggle to not feel guilty about it. If [I'm only able to] spend a couple of hours on a Saturday for a yoga class, the world is not going to end.”
Jillian adopted Lukensia last year. The fitness trainer also has a son named Phoenix.
