LIFESTYLE: BEYONCE AND JAY-Z CLOSE DOWN THEME PARK FOR BLUE IVY’S BIRTHDAY
Beyonce and Jay-Z recently held a birthday celebration for their favorite 2-year-old that could rival most adult parties. The legendary singer and rapper extraordinaire shut down the Jungle Island adventure park in Miami so that Blue Ivy could see the wildlife park and botanical garden without distraction.
Jungle Island is located on 18.6 acres between downtown Miami and South Beach and boasts 500 species of plants and more than 3,000 exotic animals, including Vulcan, a 900-pound liger, that is reported to be the largest cat in the world:
Building upon the rich tradition Parrot Jungle began in 1936, today’s Jungle Island is home to the world’s rarest and most incredible animals, including rare white tigers and a white lion; Mama Cass, the only tame Cassowary on the planet; the liger, who holds the Guinness Book of World Records title as the World’s Largest Cat; and Peanut and Pumpkin, only the third set of Orangutan twins to be born in captivity. Guests participate in hands-on interactions with fascinating animals, marvel at the engaging animal shows and presentations, and are amazed by the park’s breathtaking landscapes and vistas. Guests can also go behind the scenes on Jungle Island with an exclusive VIP Safari Tour. For additional information, please visit www.jungleisland.com (Source).
Mums the word on the total cost of Blue’s extravaganza, but to put things in perspective, a VIP safari tour costs $240 per person!
