Young stars Tristin and Tyler hosted the launch of Dr Martens’ Adventure Time boots in NYC on Saturday, February 28th.
Dr. Martens and Cartoon Network have teamed up to create a collection of boots inspired by characters Finn the human and Jake the dog from the hit series Adventure Time. The line features three designs, two of which are limited edition.
As part of their #STANDFORSOMETHING Spring/Summer 2015 campaign, Dr. Martens is holding a competition in which you can design your own boots. A lucky winner will have his/her design made into a one-of-a-kind pair.

Singer/actress Rachel Crow has been cast in the Disney Channel Original Movie, “Invisible Sister”.
The movie stars Rowan Blanchard from Disney Channel’s hit series “Girl Meets World” and Paris Berelc from Disney XD’s hit series “Mighty Med.” Crow will play the role of Nikki, Molly’s (Paris Berelc) bubbly best friend and teammate. Other cast members include Karan Brar (“Jessie,” and the newly announced “Jessie” spin-off series) as George, Cleo’s (Rowan Blanchard) best friend and fellow science genius; and newcomer Austin Fryberger as The Coug, Molly’s somewhat goofy but affable boyfriend.
“Invisible Sister” is the comedy adventure story of Cleo (Rowan Blanchard), a girl whose science project goes terribly wrong, making her popular older sister Molly (Paris Berelc) suddenly invisible. It will be directed by DGA Award winner Paul Hoen (“How to Build a Better Boy,” “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam”), and executive-produced by Susan Cartsonis (“No Reservations”). The script was written by Jessica O’Toole & Amy Rardin (“Greek,” “The Carrie Diaries”), and Matt Eddy & Billy Eddy (“Teen Beach 2,” “Bad Hair Day”). The live-action adventure/comedy will premiere fall 2015 on Disney Channel.

The movie stars Cate Blanchett as Lady Tremaine (The Wicked Stepmother) with Lily James in the title role as Ella (“Cinderella”), Richard Madden as Prince Charming, Sophie McShera as Drizella, Holliday Grainger as Anastasia and Helena Bonham Carter as The Fairy Godmother.
Disney’s Cinderella is scheduled to be released on March 13, 2015.

This past Sunday in Atlanta, rapper Young Jeezy, a.k.a Jay Wayne Jenkins, held a royal birthday affair for his little princess Amra Nor Jenkins. Taking a page out of the classic movie Coming to America, Princess Amra made her birthday entrance on rose petals and to the sound of drums and tribal dancers. Aside from the dancing, attendees at the party were treated to face painting as well as arts and crafts. Guests in attendance included Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed and his daughter; Ludacris and his daughter Kai; Ryan Glover and his son; and Kandi and her husband Todd.
Disney channel recently confirmed that it is ending its hit television show, Jessie, after four seasons. But good news— Skai Jackson and two of her co-stars are getting a new spin-off series:
Disney Channel has ordered a spin-off series of the hit comedy “Jessie,” which has consistently ranked among the Top TV series across Kids 2-11, Kids 6-11 and Tweens over its four seasons. It was announced today by Adam Bonnett, Executive Vice President, Original Programming, Disney Channels Worldwide. Peyton List, Karan Brar and Skai Jackson reprise their roles of Emma, Ravi and Zuri Ross, respectively.
The yet-to-be-titled spin-off series will be part of Disney Media Sales and Marketing’s presentations to clients in the coming week. Continuing her long association with the Disney Channel hit series, series creator, Pamela Eells O’Connell (“Jessie,” “The Suite Life on Deck”), will executive-produce. (Via Press Release)
The spin-off series will begin production in spring 2015.
