According to mom Holly Robinson, Lil Wayne was really “sweet” to her kids. Holly is married to former NFL player Rodney Peete, who is the father of all four of her children.

Tre’ Allen Scott, born on December 4th, 2001, in Atlanta, GA is a miracle child. His mother lost two baby girls before him and out of God’s graciousness she was blessed with Tre’. This seven-year-old little guy loves the camera and it loves him! Tre’ made his few seconds debut in Young Jeezy and Kanye West’s “I Put On” Music video and was featured in Mike Jone’s Music Video “Cutty Buddy”.  Tre’  is currently a first grader and all his teachers love him.

Central Florida freshman basketball player Marcus Jordan,18, has caused the University of Central Florida to lose a $3 million dollar deal with Adidas after he insisted on only wearing Nike shoes. Julie from the Clevelandleader tells it best:

Adidas terminated its $3 million endorsement contract with the University of Central Florida’s athletic department after one of Michael Jordan’s sons played in a game for the school wearing the Nike shoes named after his father. Marcus Jordan, a freshman guard at UCF, said he would only wear Nike Air Jordan shoes in deference to his father. Everyone on the team except Marcus, 18, wore Adidas shoes in the UCF Knights’ 84-65 win over St. Leo University in an exhibition game….

Marcus maintains that UCF promised that he could wear his famous father’s Nike shoes when they were recruiting him to the school.

BCK Says: What do you think? Is Marcus being a “brat” or does he have every right to wear whatever shoe he chooses to wear?

“Malia and Sasha are just wonderful kids ,and Michelle is a wonderful mother,’’ President Obama said in a post-election day education speech on November 4th. “But even in our own household, with all the privileges and opportunities we have there are times when the kids slack off. There are times when they would rather be watching TV or playing a computer game than hitting the books.’’

In the video above, Mr. Obama explains that his daughter Malia,11, recently came home with a 73 on her science test, which is totally unacceptable in the Obama’s household because they have set a “high bar” for both their daughters. After studying hard, Malia later came home with a 95. The moral of the story, according to the president is: “Don’t just expect teachers to set a high bar. You’ve got to set a high bar.”

Actress Halle Berry, model Gabriel Aubry and their 19-month-old daughter Nahla arrived into Los Angeles International Airport yesterday from New York.   According to photographers, “The trio walked through the terminal smiling and laughing together.” See more of baby Nahla and her myriad facial expressions.

Rapper 50 Cent says that the lyrics to his latest song, Baby By Me, is inspired by a real life situation, namely the demise of his relationship with the mother of his twelve-year-old son Marquise.

“When I wrote Baby By Me, I thought, in general, if the relationship doesn’t go right I literally will pay a million dollars before the child is twenty-one. So that line made sense to say, based on the financial space I’ve achieved.”

Though the lyrics to his song promise, “Have a baby by me, be a millionaire”, 50 says that in real life, he has spent “way more” than a million on his son. And until a year ago,  50’s child support payments were not made official by the courts.

“I filed for me to [give] child support. I filed in family court so I could go and they could tell me how much child support to pay, so my son’s mom would have a better understanding of what she’s entitled to. Because she had a sense of entitlement that couldn’t be met based on her being around me. And I’ve known her for about fourteen years. But there’s a point where you can know someone for a long time, and then they wake up someone new.

Ten months after Jett’s death, John Travolta finally admitted during an extortion trial that  his 16-year-old son had suffered from autism. Holly, whose 12-year-old son, Rodney Jr., also has the disorder, says she wishes John had spoken sooner.

First Lady Michelle Obama is one of  five women to be featured on the cover of Glamour magazine’s December “Women of the Year” issue.  In the issue, Mrs. Obama  talks about everything from her daughters Malia,11, and Sasha,8, to how it feels to be scrutinized as the first lady.

On the most surprising about being in the white house:
“We’ve had some just amazing experiences traveling abroad, being able to introduce our children to the world…. I’m also humbled by the response and the receptiveness, not just here in America, but around the world. There’s a part of that warmth and enthusiasm and hope that is surprising and humbling.”

On her kids being blessed:
“They are very blessed…. That’s why I think that mentoring is such a critical part of the role I can play in this position. I see how little bits of exposure and big bits of exposure really change my girls significantly, and I want that for more girls around the country and the world.”

On balancing it all:
“I’ve always had my mom. I’ve always had a supportive husband. So, now, with all the support around me as First Lady, I feel like this is easier than when I was back in Chicago. I have always tried to put my kids first, and then…put myself a really close second, as opposed to fifth or seventh. One thing that I’ve learned from male role models is that they don’t hesitate to invest in themselves, with the view that, if I’m healthy and happy, I’m going to be a better support to my spouse and children. And I’ve found that to be the case: Once my kids were settled, the next thing I did was take care of my own health and sanity. And made sure that I was exercising and felt good about myself. I’d bring that energy to everything else that I did, the career, relationship, on and on and on.”

On who her role models are:
“They were the people in my life. My mom, for sure. My dad. The teachers. For me, role-modeling was immediate, it was touchable. It was rare for me to idolize a movie star or a singer…because, truly, children connect with who is in their lives, present and accounted for. When I was little, I wanted to be a mother, because that’s who I saw. I saw my mom caring for me. I didn’t play doctor. I didn’t play lawyer. I didn’t have those visions until I was in college, meeting people who were doing those things. That’s why we’re trying to encourage moms, teachers, fathers, to be that presence in their children’s lives, in their communities, because it really makes a difference.”

On being scrutinized as the first lady:
“All we can do as women is make the best decisions for us. And that includes everything from how you look to how you dress to whether you choose to stay at home or work when you have kids. All those decisions are so personal, and we have to start with finding what brings us joy and what brings us our own individual confidence. And if we’re feeling good with those choices, then it makes what everybody else has to say less important. People are always going to have opinions, and people have a right to their opinions, particularly when you’re the First Lady; you’re representing the nation. So I can’t be surprised that people are interested. But I’ve tried to be at peace with the choices that I make first, and then be open to everyone else’s reflection.”

Reality star Antonia “Toya” Carter and her daughter Reginae are pictured at the 2009 Soul Train Awards at the Georgia World Congress Center on November 3, 2009 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Missing from the candid shot was Reginae’s father, rapper Lil Wayne, who Antonia insists  is a great dad.

“We talk. We have a great relationship,” Carter said of her ex- husband Lil Wayne in October. “He’s a great father.”

This month, Lil Wayne will welcome his fourth child by a fourth woman. So how does Antonia explain Lil Wayne’s growing brood to Reginae?

“He tells her about it, so I just go along with the flow,” Antonia said.

Singer Jennifer Hudson may have given birth just a few months ago, but she is already thinking about having another baby.

“Maybe one more,” she tells AccessHollywood. “I’d like to have at least one more, a little girl. I want a girl and then maybe another one. You know, one baby at a time.”

In the meantime,  Jennifer is enjoying motherhood with her three-month-old son  David Daniel Otunga Jr.

“Oh wow, well it, of course, is the most amazing thing ever,” Jennifer said of her baby son, David. “But it’s hard to put into words because it’s something you have to experience to understand. I love every minute of it.”

Jennifer and her fiance, David Otunga Sr., plan to raise their David Jr surrounded by family.

“Chicago would definitely be it because that is where all the family is. I feel like he should be surrounded by family. That’s where the biggest support system is and if we live somewhere else, then we will have to bring the family wherever we are.”
